What we collect

When you open an account or send a message, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone, email, your buildings’ streets, the systems in them and how we get in. If you text us a list or a photo, we receive it through your own messaging.

Why we collect it

We use it to set up your file, schedule visits, text your tenants a time window and write your invoices. We do not sell your details or your tenants’ details.

Who sees it

Our office and the technicians who visit your units. A tenant’s name and phone number are used only to schedule a visit.
